Orders & Shipping
Q: How soon will my order ship after I place it? A: We know you’re ready to refresh your space! Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. Federal Holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Q: How can I track my package? A: As soon as your cleaning gear leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a Tracking Number. You can click the link in that email to see exactly where your package is in real-time.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address! Can I change it? A: Don’t worry, it happens! Please call us immediately at (+1) 9782004983 or email service@ivopalo.com. As long as the package hasn't left our facility (usually within 12 hours of ordering), we can update the address for you.
Products & Usage
Q: Are Ivopalo cleaning products safe for pets and children? A: Safety is our top priority! Our tools and solutions are designed with family homes in mind. However, as with all cleaning supplies, we recommend storing them out of reach of children and pets and ensuring proper ventilation during use.
Q: What if I have questions about how to use a specific tool? A: Every Ivopalo product comes with simple, clear instructions. If you need extra tips for a deep clean, check out our blog or send us an email. Our "Cleaning Experts" are always happy to help!
Returns & Refunds
Q: I changed my mind. Can I return my purchase? A: Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy. As long as the item is unused, unopened (for liquids/solutions), and in its original packaging, you can request a return. Just email us to start the process.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or leaking? A: We are so sorry for the trouble! Please take a photo of the damage and email it to service@ivopalo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship you a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Payments & Security
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout.
Q: Is my personal and credit card information secure? A: We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. We never store your full credit card details, and your privacy is the foundation of how we operate at Ivopalo.
