At Ivopalo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our home cleaning essentials. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened (for cleaning solutions/liquids), and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at service@ivopalo.com.

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items (Inspection)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, please attach a photo or video of the defect in your email to speed up the process.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable/Consumable Goods: Opened cleaning detergents, sprays, or chemicals due to health and safety reasons.

Custom Products: Any personalized or custom-made cleaning kits.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
