  • Quick Dispatch: Most orders are picked, packed, and ready to go within 1-2 business days.

  • A Quick Note: We take a little breather on weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Estimated Delivery (Arrival)

We partner with reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your cleaning gear arrives safely.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-12 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote territories may take an additional 3-5 days. We appreciate your patience!

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We love a clean sweep! All orders over $50.00 qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

  • Flat Rate: For orders under $50.00, a small flat shipping fee of $6.99 will be applied at checkout.

4. Real-Time Tracking

The moment your package leaves our hands, we’ll send a confirmation email with your Tracking Number. You can follow its progress every step of the way, just like tracking your own cleaning schedule.

5. Peace of Mind (Damages & Loss)

  • Shipping Mishaps: If a cleaning solution leaks during transit or a tool arrives damaged, please snap a photo and contact us at service@ivopalo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement—no extra cost to you.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
